According to Gintare Rimkuviene, communication head of flyLAL, currently the overdue payments of flyLAL for services provided by TVOU total 7.789 million litas (2.28 million euros), overdue (had to be paid by the beginning of this year) payment of the restructured debt equals 1.9 million litas (555,770 euros) and other restructured debts (19.4 million litas/ 5.67 million euros) have to be paid by 2014, the term for their payment is far, therefore it is not correct to add this sum when speaking about existing debts, informs ELTA.

It is also reminded that investor SCH Swiss Capital Holding AG will undertake all existing commitments including debts when purchasing the shares of the air company.

The investor knows about the debts of flyLAL, SCH Swiss Capital Holding AG will coordinate the conditions of the payment of debts with Vilnius Airport and a new agreement will be signed. Currently flyLAL is implementing flights from Vilnius Airport in line with the binding agreement signed in the end of 2008.
