Turkish Airlines might start flying to Tallinn in June

BC, Tallinn, 02.01.2013.Print version
A report delivered by Turkish Airlines' manager Temil Kotili in the Milan Bocconi University indicates that the aggressively expanding airline will open the Istanbul-Tallinn route on June 18, 2013, LETA/Delfi reports.

Turkish Airlines will allegedly launch the Istanbul-Vilnius route the same day.

Tallinn Airport board member Erik Sakkov says that Turkish Airlines will certainly start flying to Tallinn next year but as far as he knows, the flights should start at a different time. It is true though that Turkish Airlines will fly to Tallinn three times a week.

Turkish Airlines air network analyst Taner Bak told Delfi in May this year that talks were held with Tallinn for three years and their main concept is flying wealthy Arabian and Asian clients via Tallinn to Scandinavia.
