"Last two year, we made flights to London two times per week. This was not enough, and now we wish to make the schedule more tight to attract new clients. We met various partners at British airports to find a proper solution," said tero Taskila.
As LETA reported, Taskila said that he has not been given enough time to implement the new business model of Estonian Air but he hopes to lead Estonian Air to profit in 2014.
He said that naturally strong pressure can be felt from the owners since no one wants a company that produces a loss.
Taskila was unable to say if the state would still have to invest in the aviation company this year.
Taskila said that both him and many other people in the organization suffer because Estonian Air is being crucified on the basis of just a few months of its new program.
