Lithuanian aviation enterprise Avia Solutions Group (ASG) sold 95.5% of Small Planet Airlines AS that is registered in Estonia, writes LETA/Postimees Online.

The Estonian-based airline was sold to OÜ Brova Air, the owners of which will re-name the airline as North Wind Airlines.

ASG that is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange announced the sale on Thursday, explaining that the charter flights enterprise was sold because the parent company's objective is to operate on markets that have more than a million charter flights per year. Estonia does not have such volumes.

Brova Air is owned by Andric Milos who resides in Norway.
