Difficult driving conditions across Latvia today

BC, Riga, 17.01.2019.

Due to snow and ice, difficult and slippery driving conditions have been reported on roads across Latvia this morning, according to information from the road maintenance company Latvijas Valsts Celi.

134 road crews are out throughout Latvia clearing roads from snow and scattering anti-slide materials.

Drivers are asked to drive with caution on the icy and snowy roads.
