Turnover of Latvia’s state road manager grew by 12% in 2015

Print versionLatvijas Valsts Celi (LVC) state road manager last year generated EUR 13.6 million in turnover, up 12% from 2014, while the company's profit was EUR 57,793, according to the company's financial report published on Firmas.lv business database, cites LETA.

The company’s management said in its report that 90% of the planned construction procurements were made in the first quarter of last year.
Also, 36 out of the planned 75 agreements were signed during the first three months of 2015, and construction works could be started already in March. The company last year repaired 600 kilometers of roads.
The state-owned LVC manages public roads in Latvia and the financing for public roads and also organizes tenders for public contracts.
