Tallink's passenger number decreases by 5% in February

Print versionIn February 2015, AS Tallink Grupp transported 610,785 passengers, which is a 5% decrease compared to February 2014, Estonia’s largest passenger shipping company told NASDAQ OMX Tallinn, cites LETA.

The number trucks and trailers was slightly less with 23,740 units transported and the number of passenger vehicles remained on the same level with 65,750 units transported.
The number of passengers on the Finland-Sweden route decreased by 0.7% in February as compared to February last year.
On the Estonia-Finland route, the February year-on-year fall was 0.3% and on the Estonia-Sweden route the fall was 14.5%. On the Latvia-Sweden route, the fall was 41%.
