OEG: no point in speculating about sale of Tallinn Hilton at present

BC, Tallinn, 25.05.2016.Print version
According to the listed Estonian casino group Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG) it cannot be ruled out that the house of Hilton Tallinn Park, the first Hilton hotel in the Baltic countries, which is to open at the beginning of June 2016, will be sold one day, but there is no point in speculating about that now, informs LETA/BNS.

"When speaking about Kesklinna Hotelli OU [which owns the hotel premises], I can only say that the company belongs to the Olympic Entertainment Group," CEO of OEG Madis Jaager told BNS.

"When speaking about selling the building, we have also said before that it cannot be ruled out, but at present there is no point in speculating about that," he added.

The 12-story Hilton Tallinn Park has 202 rooms, including 27 suites, a spa with a swimming pool, a fitness center, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, a bar and a cafe. The hotel's conference center having a capacity to host 800 guests is made up of 10 meeting rooms and one of the largest ballrooms in Tallinn. The hotel will also have a business lounge on its top floor.

Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel was built on the plot of the former Park Hotel in central Tallinn. The design of the building is by architect Meelis Press and the concept of interior design was created by dSign and implemented by Allianss Arhitektid. The main contractor is the construction company Merko Ehitus Eesti.
