Park Inn by Radisson to be opened in Riga instead of planned Hilton hotel

Construction of the hotel was started in October 2014, and D.N.H. announced then that it will be Hilton Garden Inn hotel.
D.N.H. announced that it was the franchise partner of the Hilton Garden Inn international hotel chain in Latvia on construction of the hotel. D.N.H. belongs to Astor Group that is already running Astor Riga Hotel and is developing exclusive residential apartment project Astor Residence.
Krastins said that at present D.N.H. is not ready to comment on Hilton’s business strategy in the Baltic States. Opening of the first Hilton hotel in the Baltic States Hilton Tallinn Park is planned on June 1.
Park Inn by Radisson will have 178 guestrooms, a fitness center, a restaurant and a large conference center.
D.N.H is solely owned by Hermelion Latvija that belongs to Cyprus-registered company Hermelion Holdings Limited.
