Tour operator's certificate taken away from Lithuanian travel agency Voyage-Voyage

On April 20th 2015, by order of the head of Lithuania's State Department of Tourism (VTD), a tour operator's certificate of the travel agency Voyage-Voyage was revoked, reports LETA/ELTA.

Voyage-Voyage asked the VTD to revoke its tour operator's certificate on 17 April. The company informed the VTD that it could no longer meet its financial obligations.

Up to now, the VTD has received a total of 38 claims from tourists regarding the travel agency's failure to fulfil its obligations. Their claims amount to EUR 91,156.
