Tet to auction four properties in Riga and Jurmala

Technology and entertainment company Tet will put up for electronic auction four properties in Riga and Jurmala, the asking price is EUR 2.734 million in total, as Tet senior public relations manager Elina Kovalova told BC.

These include three properties in Riga, at 8 Zemgalu Street, 9 Citadeles Street and 69 Barona Street, and one at 18/18 Lienes Street in Jurmala.

Tet property at 8 Zemgalu Street in Riga is made up of five buildings and a land parcel of 5,753 square meters in area. The asking price has been set at EUR 490,000.

The property at 9 Citadeles Street in Riga is a two-story building and a land plot of 2,157 square meters. The asking price is EUR 931,000.

Tet is asking EUR 663,000 for a four-story building and a land parcel of 1,058 square meters in area at 69 Barona Street in Riga.

The price of a building and a land plot of 6,285 square meters in area at 16/18 Lienes Street in Jurmala is EUR 650,000.

The auction will take place at the izsoles.ta.gov.lv website July 27 through August 26.

As reported, Tet posted EUR 227,603 million in consolidated turnover last year, which was 7.4% more than in 2018, while the group's profit decreased 13.3% to EUR 36.202 mln.
