Supply of apartments in Riga down 4% in June - Arco Real Estate

Print version In June this year, the supply of apartments in Riga dropped 4 percent from May, while in Riga's largest residential neighborhoods apartment supply was declined 5 percent, Arco Real Estate said in its latest housing market review.

Compared to June 2018, the supply of apartments was down 14% across Riga and fell 9% in the residential neighborhoods.
The highest supply of apartments in June this year was recorded in the neighborhoods of Purvciems, while the lowest supply was in Bolderaja.
