Astor plans to develop residential complex in Riga Sampeteris for EUR 21 mln

Dyalcomm Group, an enterprise of Astor Group real estate developer, is set to invest more than EUR 21 million in the construction of IRIS Shampeteris Apartments (IRIS), a new residential complex in the neighborhood of Sampeteris in Riga, LETA was told at Astor Group.

The project, which is planned in four stages, provides for the construction of several residential buildings with an estimated 300 apartments.


The first stage of the project the developer will build two residential buildings with 72 fully finished apartments, the floor space of which will range from 55 to 112 square meters. The total floor space of the new apartment houses would be 4,566 square meters.


Construction of the first building with 24 apartments is under way already. The total costs of the first stage of the project will exceed EUR 5 million.


The first apartment house of the complex is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2019.


Astor Group, which specializes in real estate development, has built more than 30,000 residential and commercial buildings in various countries of the world. In Latvia, the developer has invested in large residential and commercial projects like construction of shopping centers, hotels and food plants, as well as in IT projects.


According to information available at Firmas.lv, Dyalcomm Group belongs to Smuels Rubanenko (50%) and Russian citizens Georgy Isayev (22.01%), Vladimir Breyer (9.99%), Yuri Ridzel (9%) and Pavel Iglin (9%).
