Rigas Namu Parvaldnieks' turnover decreases by 16.3% in 9 months

Municipal housing management company Rigas Namu Parvaldnieks posted EUR 39.585 million in turnover in the first nine months of 2017, which is 16.3% less than in the first nine months of 2016, writes LETA.

The company's profit decreased 8% to EUR 764,233, the company said.

 

Rigas Namu Parvaldnieks' management report says that the company's total incomes in January-September amounted to EUR 41.83 million, while total expenditures to EUR 41.07 million.

 

The report also says that the company's incomes from management of apartment buildings and homes was EUR 29.72 million, and incomes from management of other buildings - EUR 0.78 million.

 

Riga Namu Parvaldnieks renovated 2,108 apartment buildings in the first nine months of this year.

 

Residents' total debts to the company stood at EUR 25.04 million at the end of September.

 

In the meantime, Rigas Namu Parvaldnieks' total liabilities, including debts to suppliers and providers of services, amounted to EUR 66.36 million at the end of September.

 

Rigas Namu Parvaldnieks belongs to the Riga City Council. The company was established at the end of 2010 by merging fifteen municipal housing management companies.
