Price of Tallinn apartments grew by 7.4% in June y-o-y

Print versionThe average price per square meter of apartments in Tallinn rose by 7.4% from 1,577.16 euros in June 2016 to 1,693.20 euros in June 2017, informs LETA/BNS.

During the month 1351 apartments in Tallinn changed hands and the combined
value of the transactions was 123.2 million euros. In the same month last year
transactions numbered 1,273 and their total value was 119 million euros,
figures available from the Estonian Land Board show.
The median price of Tallinn apartments was 1,597.81 euros, 5.1% higher than
in June 2016, when the price was 1,520.57 euros.
Apartment prices elsewhere in Estonia fell 2.8% year over year to 673.11
euros.
In May the average price of apartments in Tallinn was 1,664.38 and of
apartments outside Tallinn 646.22 euros per square meter.
