Novira's renovated complex to house offices and 4-star hotel

Novira Capital has renovated a 8,000-square-meter commercial property in Central Tallinn that will serve as home to offices and a four-star hotel operated by Unique Hotels, writes LETA/BNS.

The office half of Centennial Building is open since September and half of the premises in it have been rented out, Novira Capital sales director Olle Tischler told. He refused to disclose the size of the investment by Novira Capital.


Liina Parlin, marketing director of Unique Hotels Grupp, said that in developing the new hotel the company is tapping into the experience gained during almost 15 years of successful operation on the Estonian market.


"The concept of the interior design of Centennial Hotel Tallinn builds on the celebration of the centenary of the Republic of Estonia, marking the phases of the history of the country during 100 years with artistic and design solutions," Parlin said in a press release.


The different parts of the building are connected by a spacious atrium.

The hotel that is scheduled for completion in summer 2017 to will consist of 80 rooms and suites, as well as a conference center with three conference and banquet rooms the largest of which will have a capacity of 80.


The seven-story structure situated at the address Endla 15/Lokke 2 was originally built in the 1960s and served as home to the National Statistical Office.

Unique Hotels at present operates four hotels in Estonia: City Hotel Tallinn, Kreutzwald Hotel Tallinn, Stackelberg Hotel Tallinn, and Vihula Manor.

Established in 2013, Novira Capital engages in the financing and development of large-scale real estate projects.
