Tallinn apartment prices grew by 1.5% in May y-o-y

Print versionThe average price per square meter of apartments in Tallinn was 1,569 euros in May 2016, 1.5% higher than in the same month the year before, it appears from statistics of the Estonian Land Board, reports LETA/BNS.

The number of transactions with Tallinn apartments concluded during the month was 799, down from 814 in May 2015. The aggregate value of such transactions was 70.7 million euros, compared with 75.9 million euros in May 2015.
The median price of Tallinn apartments was 1,511 euros per square meter in May, higher by 22 euros than in May 2015.
In April, the average price per square meter of apartments in Tallinn was 1,588 euros.
