Tallinn apartment prices grew by 1.8% in April y-o-y

Print versionThe average price per square meter of apartments in Tallinn in April 2016 was 1,588 euros, 1.8% higher than the year before, it appears from statistics of the Estonian Land Board, cites LETA/BNS.

The number of transactions with Tallinn apartments concluded during the month was 754, down from 801 in April 2015. The aggregate value of such transactions was 67.2 million euros, 3.7% less than in 2015.
In March, the average price per square meter of apartments in Tallinn was 1,569 euros.
The average price of apartments outside Tallinn remained on the same level as in the same month a year ago – 621 euros per square meter.
