Real estate sales in Estonia contracts worth EUR 2.75 bln notarized in 2015

Print versionIn 2015, 46,413 real estate sales contracts worth a total of 2.75 billion euros were notarized in Estonia, informs LETA/BNS.

In 2014, such transactions totaled 44,964 and were worth around 2.32 billion euros.
Of the transactions, 46,171 were real estate sales contracts and 242 building rights' sales contracts. A year earlier, the corresponding indicators were 44,788 and 176.
During the year, 24,444 apartment sales contracts worth a total of 1.31 billion euros were concluded, while in 2014 the corresponding figures were 21,753 and 1.06 billion euros.
