Nordecon announces construction of EUR 20 mln apartment house complex in Tallinn

Print versionThe listed Estonian construction company Nordecon AS and Pirita tee 20a OU, subsidiary of Metro Holding OU, have signed an agreement for the construction of a complex of apartment buildings at 20a Pirita Road, Tallinn, informs LETA/BNS.

The complex, titled Meerhof 2.0, will be built in two stages. Buildings in the complex will have a total floor area of 24,000 square meters, Nordecon told the stock exchange.
The value of the contract is approximately 20 million euros exclusive of VAT and the works are scheduled to begin in January 2016. The duration of the first stage is 19 months and of the second stage 16 months.
Nordecon Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine and Finland, employing approximately 700 people. The consolidated revenue of the group in 2014 was 161 million euros and net profit 2.3 million euros. Currently Nordecon Group employs close to 700 people.
