Value of Tallinn apartment transactions grew by 20% in November y-o-y

Print versionThe monetary value of transactions with Tallinn apartments in November 2015 amounted to 67.1 million euros, which marks an increase of 20% compared to the same month last year, it appears from statistics of the Estonian Land Board, cites LETA/BNS.

During the month 754 apartments in the capital city changed hands, 15% more than in November 2014. The average price per square meter was 2% higher than the year before at 1,560 euros.
Month on month, the number of transactions with Tallinn apartments increased 2% and the price per square meter rose 1%.
The median price in November was 1,474 euros per square meter, 3% higher than a year ago and 0.5% higher than in October.
Outside the capital city 1,004 apartments changed hands in November. In the same month last year transactions with apartments outside Tallinn numbered 894. The average price per square meter last month was 8% higher than the year before at 622 euros.
