The defects in question are connected to the hydro-insulation and heat-insulation systems.
Given the fact that in these units no defects in load-bearing structures are revealed, the projects for the elimination of the established defects should be submitted to the Riga Municipal Construction Board. The project would specify the details regarding the procedure works and their sequence.
After analyzing the documents on
April 16, the record for permission to start the removal of defects in
the 6th unit and
the power unit of the hospital was made
