Tele2 Lithuania secures Police Department tender

Print versionMobile operator Tele2 Lithuania has won a tender to provide telecommunications services for the Police Department, informs LETA/ELTA.

Tele2 will serve 6,800 SIMs used by police officers for four years. The ceiling for the service volume is LTL 4 million (EUR 1.16 million).
All three Lithuanian mobile operators participated in the tender, and Tele2 Lithuania was selected after submitting the lowest bid.
Tele2 Lithuania's 3G network covers 93.8% of the country's area, telecompaper.com said.
