Lithuanian City Service may acquire Rolvika’s shares

Print versionNegotiation of 100% of the UAB Rolvika shares acquisition is ongoing by AB City Service. On 16 of July, 2014, the application for authorisation of transaction was submitted to the Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania, reports LETA/ELTA.

The end of negotiation and signing of share purchase – sale agreement is planned in due time, the company informs.
UAB Rolvika with its subsidiaries in Latvia and Lithuania is engaged in refrigeration, commercial food equipment manufacturing, installation and service. Total revenues in Lithuania in 2013 were LTL 38.5 million (EUR 11.15 million), in Latvia – up to LTL 4 million (EUR 1.15 million).
The company shall announce more information on the transaction after the authorisation of Competition Council of the Republic of Lithuania is obtained and other share transfer procedures are successfully completed.
