At the end of last week, the leading developer of corporate real estate in the Baltic State E.L.L Kinnisvara opened the shopping and entertainment centre Panorama in Vilnius which is the biggest Estonian investment in Lithuania.
According to CEO of the enterprise Aldo Dapon, the total investment into the shopping centre that fits more than 140 stores amounted to nearly 1.4 billion kroons.
He added that in the first weekend, the shopping centre was visited by approximately 138,000 individuals. According to Dapon, this is indicative of the fact that Lithuanians have received the centre warmly and is cause for estimating that the investment will justify itself.
