Tallinna Vesi to sell part of property

Tallinn-based water utility Tallinna Vesi sells Kiruvere service building and Paunküla pumping station stand next to Paunküla reservoir that is situated close to Tallinn-Tartu road, the distance from Tallinn totals 60 kilometers, the company said in a statement.

The properties are not adjacent to each other and are separated by a land unit owned by a third person, writes LETA.

 

The one-storey building has been built in 1983 for servicing surface water catchment system.

 

Kiruvere service building is connected to electricity network, water supply is provided from Paunküla pumping station (from an existing bore-well), the building has a local cesspool for wastewater and electrical heating. Kiruvere service building has been fully reconstructed in 1997. The building contains rest rooms – (two rooms), sauna, WC, shower, kitchen (furnished) and workshop – garage (two) and a boathouse.

 

The building has been used for quite a long time and requires repairs on at least its roof, the structures of which may bring about emergency events. Since 2008 the building has not been used, the building and the property have been regularly and properly maintained.
