Bankruptcy receiver sells Werol for 10.4 mln euros

Print versionBankruptcy receiver Toomas Saarma put the bankrupt rapeseed oil factory AS Werol Tehased on sale for the initial price of 10.4 million euros, LETA/Public Broadcasting reports.

The Paunküla factory and immovables are on sale for the initial price of 10,400,000 euros and an apartment in the town of Jõgeva for the initial price of 5,000 euros at the public oral auction.
The trademarks Werol and Olivia are also on sale, the first for the initial price of 1 euro and the second for the initial price of 10,000 euros.
The auctions take place on July 16.
Tartu county court declared the bankruptcy of the former flagship of businessman Rein Kilk's Pere concern on April 5.
