Starting from autumn, spa, or spaa – in Estonian, will be those relaxation salons that offer at least two pools and a sauna that fits six people, as well as massage services and a minimum of two beauty treatment services.
The new law also comes with stricter safety requirements.
The new law will take care for saving the old recreational traditions that were set in Estonia long time ago.
