Print versionCigarettes with tax stamps of the year 2011 have to be removed from the circulation, the Estonian Tax and Customs Board announced, LETA/Äripäev writes.

Starting April 1, cigarettes with tax stamps that were valid till December 31, 2011 cannot be sold anymore. Other tobacco products that have the tax stamps that were valid till December 31, 2011, like cigars, cigarillos and smoking tobacco, can be sold.
Cigarettes with old tax stamps can be returned to excise warehouses till December 31, 2012.
