Sanitas to sell HBM Pharma to Liplats 2000

Print versionLithuania-based pharmaceutical group Sanitas agreed with Latvian enterprise Liplats 2000 on a sale of a part of Sanitas subsidiary HBM Pharma s.r.o., Sanitas informs. The agreement was signed on April 27, 2010.

The parties agreed that only the manufacturing site of HBM Pharma s.r.o., located in Martin, will be sold to Latvian enterprise. Marketing, sales and management divisions, based in Bratislava and Prague, will be separated from HBM Pharma s.r.o. and transferred to Sanitas group together with employees and assets of the said divisions, writes ELTA/LETA.
The purchase price of HBM Pharma s.r.o. will be finalised at closing and will depend on company’s liabilities towards credit institutions and working capital. The transaction is planned to be finished in two months.
