Lithuania's Viciunai ir Ko targets EUR 129 mln sales in 2016

Print versionLithuania’s frozen fish and other product distributor Viciunai ir Ko is targeting sales of 129 million euros in 2016 after posting a 1.5% rise in revenue to 114.443 million euros for 2015, up from 112.773 million euros in 2014, informs LETA/BNS.

"With the sales market in Northern, Eastern and Central European countries having become more stable, the company's sales rose modestly over the year," the company, which is controlled by Visvaldas Matijosaitis, the mayor of Lithuania's second-biggest city of Kaunas, said in its 2015 annual report filed with the Center of Registers.
Sales to foreign buyers last year accounted for 69% of its overall sales.
The company's net profit more than doubled in 2015 from 2014 to reach 510,500 euros.
