Naujoji Ringuva seeks to gain foothold in Sweden’s retail chains

Print versionLithuania's washing and cleaning products manufacturer Naujoji Ringuva has offset losses in 2015 in Russia’s market with sales in Sweden and Ukraine. Next year, it will seek to gain a foothold in Sweden’s retail chains with its own brand, the Verslo Zinios business daily reports on Monday, cites LETA/BNS.

“We hope next year will be the year of breakthrough and we will step into Sweden’s retail chains with our own brand,” Naujoji Ringuva CEO, Jurgita Zilvinskaite, told the daily.
This year, losses in Russia have been offset in Sweden and Ukraine hence the company has avoided a decline in export volumes. Sales in Lithuania’s market, which accounts for approximately 55% of the company’s total output sales, have increased by approximately 5%.
According to Zilvinskaite, in 2015, the company’s sales revenues would grow by some 5% year-on-year to approximately 4.5 million euros.
