Reinsalu stated that in order to boost economic growth, there is need for the State to indicate to entrepreneurs that creativity and enterprising spirit are very welcome.

“Important activities have already been launched. For example, the objective of the project for codifying insolvency law is to use the experiences of other countries and update Estonia's insolvency law, which would improve Estonia's business environment significantly,” said Reinsalu. He added that the plan to reduce the volume of legislation also has easing administrative burden of entrepreneurs as one of its objectives.

The first task of the above-mentioned steering group is to compile a report on improving competitiveness of the Estonian business environment for the Government.
