The report of the working group should next be discussed by the party board on Wednesday.

The head of the working group, Reform Party MP Väino Linde told Postimees that the materials and testimonies they had collected confirmed the suspicions of the working group that Reform Party's Lääne-Virumaa county organisation development manager Taimi Samblik, the county organisations chairwoman, European Parliament member Kristiina Ojuland and Lääne-Viru County Governor Einar Vallbaum were connected to the voting fraud that was committed at the elections of the party board in 2011 and 2013. Namely, a number of pensioners who had been recruited freshly before the elections, later found out they had cast their votes via the internet although they had no knowledge of it.

Linde said that Samblik admitted when meeting with the working group that she was the person who carried out the manipulation with votes but that she had done it at the orders of Vallbaum in 2011 and Ojuland this year.

Both Ojuland and Vallbaum have denied claims that they organised the voting fraud.
