The information about the detention of Vladimir Antonov and Raimondas Baranauskas Thursday evening was confirmed by Europol, writes LETA/ELTA.

Former Snoras shareholder Antonov and board chairman and president of the Snoras bank Baranauskas were arrested in accordance with the European Arrest Warrants issued for them by Lithuania. Both were named suspects in the case on large-scale misappropriation of assets, document forgery. Baranauskas is also suspected of fraudulent bookkeeping and abuse of authority.
