Ministry supports Estonian local governments with EUR 3,000 per refugee

Print versionEstonian Social Ministry is to allocate 3,000 euros per refugee to the city governments of Tallinn, Tartu and Haapsalu for the 19 refugees, who have arrived in Estonia in the past five weeks under the European Union's migrant relocation program, informs LETA/BNS.

The support is paid for helping to implement the relocation and resettling schemes of the European Union in Estonia.
The ministry is to allocate 30,000 euros to the Tallinn city government, 12,000 euros to the Tartu city government and 15,000 euros to the Haapsalu local government.
