Lithuania's Special Investigation Service cooperates with Poland's Central Anticorruption Bureau

The head of the Central Anticorruption Bureau (CBA) of Poland and the Director of the Special Investigation Service (STT) of the Republic of Lithuania signed a cooperation agreement, the STT reports LETA/ELTA.

The STT and the CBA on March 26th signed an agreement aimed at increasing the effectiveness of cooperation in preventing and combating corruption.

 

The aim of the agreement is to enhance cooperation in the field of the exchange of information and experience in the scope of recognition, prevention and detection of corruption offenses and prosecution of the perpetrators.

 

The purpose of the agreement, among others, is to enable the implementation of training projects, exchange of information on programs, conferences and seminars.
