According to Ain Kivisaar, Partner of Metro Capital, the contest to find construction partner for the project will be completed shortly and the plan is to start with construction works beginning of 2015. „The volume of first stage of Tivoli development project is 2,2 hectares, that includes 1 ha of residential buildings, greenery and courtyards. In total the development volume in first stage is 150 apartments, first 39 exclusive apartments will be ready in Spring 2016. Remaining 1,2 ha will include parks and calm traffic area surrounding the apartment buildings,“ said Kivisaar. The estimated investment volume of Tivoli development’s first stage is 18 million EUR.

Tivoli homes are located in well-known and desirable residential area, that is known among Tallinn residents as „Tivoli“ due to the fact that the lot, considered as one of the most beautiful areas in Tallinn, was selected for building an amusement park during Soviet times. Tivoli residential buildings are located in prestigious Kadriorg area in Tallinn, only 200 metres from the seaside, adjacent to Kadrioru park and picturesque beach. Pirita cycle and pedestrian track, situated right next to Tivoli residential buildings, make it an ideal home for people with active lifestyles.

The Tivoli homes merge perfectly into an area that boasts beautiful nature, and they are situated away from street noise, next to a large and pleasant park. There is no traffic between the buildings, just greenery and playgrounds. Just a short walk away are the seaside promenade, nursery and secondary schools, delightful cafés and restaurants. Tivoli’s architecture will satisfy even the most demanding buyers, it is practical and fits well into the overall style of Kadriorg. The carefully considered project and the competent construction arrangements take into account each apartment location, the views from its windows and the movement of the sun throughout the day. These five-storey buildings will have a convenient underground car park. To ensure personal choices, the buildings will offer various apartment layouts. Each apartment has water-heated floors based on central heating, autonomous forced ventilation with heat return and the Z-Wave smart home system for controlling heating, cooling, ventilation and so on from your mobile devices.

The holdings of Tivoli development’s first stage break down as following: 50% MCM Holding, 40% EBS Group and 10% Midas Invest. The project is managed by Metro Capital OÜ. The construction of prestigious Meerhof residence (Pirita tee 26), a luxurious 9-storey apartment building, also in Metro Capital’s portfolio will be completed in December 2015.
