Ekspress Grupp approves of investment in new printing machine

The Supervisory Board of Estonia-based media company Ekspress Grupp has decided to approve the Management Board's proposal to invest in acquisition of a new printing machine in the group's printing company Printall, LETA was reported by Ekspress Grupp.

In recent years, Printall has operated at the border of the production capacity and the new machine will enable the company to grow and with it the ability to grow the earning capacity by 20 to 25%.

 

The new machine to be acquired is a sheet fed printing device that enables to print magazine covers and promotional products. The Management Board of Printall will start the negotiations with the suppliers, it is an investment of 2.5 – 3.5 million euros.

 

Two thirds of the cost of the machine will be financed by a bank loan and the remaining will be financed from equity capital. The approximate time of installation of the new printing machine is the first quarter of 2015.
