A new district of flats and business premises will be built between Parnu highway and Jarvevana Street, reports LETA, referring to the Tallinn Municipality.

The project will be implemented upon approval of the Tallinn city board which received it from the municipality of Tallinn which carried out initial reading.

The district of 20 buildings will be built on the 3.2 ha large territory, where the tallest building will have 16 floors.

Planning foresees reconstruction of some current buildings on this territory, and preservation of some volumes of this real estate.

On the first floor of the buildings developers plan to establish trade places and service companies. Other space will be occupied by dwellings and business premises. Developers plan to build a total of 348 flats. They also plan to provide the site with two car parking lots.
