Austrian Airlines to launch charter flights from Riga to Innsbruck

Print versionFrom January 7 to March 17, Austrian Airlines will offer charter flights from International Airport "Riga" to the Austrian city of Innsbruck, Nozare.lv learned from the airport.

"Fokker 100" planes will fly to Innsbruck every Saturday. The flights will be organized by Tez Tour travel agency, writes LETA.
As reported, International Airport "Riga" served a total of 5.1 million passengers in 2011, which is approximately nine percent more than in 2010, according to the airport's data.
In 2010, the airport's passenger turnover reached 4.66 million.
Riga Airport's passenger turnover this year is projected to reduce to 4.6 million passengers.
Riga Airport offers flights to 88 destinations altogether.
