airBaltic to launch regular Riga-Dublin flights

Latvian national airline airBaltic has announced that starting March 31, 2019, it will launch scheduled flights between Riga and Dublin, Ireland, BC learned from the airline.

The flights will take place four times per week.


“We are glad to offer our guests regular flights to Dublin. This route has strong demand for years now and we are very happy that we can add Dublin to our expanding route portfolio. airBaltic passengers now will have direct flights between the two cities with the new Airbus A220-300 aircraft for very attractive prices and with business class level of service,” said Martin Gauss, Chief Executive Officer of airBaltic.


As reported, airBaltic Group's total revenue last year amounted to EUR 353.639 mln, an increase of 19.6% on 2016, while the group's profit increased multiple times to EUR 4.703 mln.


airBaltic operates over 70 destinations from its home base in Riga. From every one of these locations, airBaltic offers convenient connections via Riga to its network spanning Europe, Scandinavia, C.I.S. and the Middle East. In addition, airBaltic also offers direct flights from Tallinn and Vilnius.
