The Hungarian low-cost airline Wizz Air on June 21 will start flying from Tallinn Airport to Kiev with the flights taking place three times a week between the two capitals, informs LETA/BNS.

"Wizz Air will start flying from Tallinn and will open altogether two routes this season and bring along with it favorable ticket prices. We hope that the new air carrier will be received well, which in turn will encourage Wizz Air to open additional routes next year," marketing director of Tallinn Airport, Eero Pargmae, said in a press release.

Wizz Air is to open a second route this season on September 17, when the carrier will start flying from Tallinn to Luton Airport in London.

Wizz Air is a Hungarian budget carrier focusing on the Eastern and Central European market. Wizz Air flies with Airbus A320 aircraft, offers over 500 routes and has established bases at 27 airports.
