Maakri Quarter high rise reaches full height of 30 stories

A 30-story office tower being built as part of the Maakri Quarter property development project in central Tallinn has topped out at 110 meters, the developer said LETA/BNS.

Maakri Quarter will be made up of seven buildings, which apart from the 30-story tower include two other brand new buildings respectively 10 stories and four stories high plus four heritage protected buildings from the beginning of the 20th century.


The office buildings will have a gross floor area of 36,000 square meters combined, including 21,500 square meters of leasable area. The complex will have approximately 170 parking spaces of its own and a direct connection to the Tornimae underground parking area.


The total construction cost is approximately 30 mln euros exclusive of VAT and the project is scheduled to be completed in spring 2018.
