Baltic Horizon Fund units traded in Stockholm for 1st day

Trading in units of the fund in Stockholm was originally
scheduled to start on Dec. 8, but the start of trading was postponed as a
result of a delay in the process of registration of the units with Euroclear
Sweden AB, the fund manager told the stock exchange.
Mangold Fondkommission AB is the market maker of units of
Baltic Horizon Fund for Nasdaq Stockholm. The domicile of the fund within the
meaning of regulated information is Estonia.
Baltic Horizon Fund is a registered public closed-end real
estate fund. Units of Baltic Horizon started to be traded on the Nasdaq Baltic
Fund list on July 6, 2016. The company's ticker for Nasdaq Tallinn is NHCBHFFT
and for Nasdaq Stockholm NHCBHFFS.
The fund is managed by Northern Horizon Capital under an
alternative investment fund manager license granted by the Estonian Financial
Supervision Authority.
