LOT to launch flights from Palanga to Warsaw in late March

Print versionPoland's national airline LOT is set to launch in late March 2016 flights between the Lithuanian seaside resort of Palanga and Warsaw, the company's spokesman said on February 11th, cites LETA/BNS.

"This service is to show that we want to grow in Lithuania. We believe that we could become a leading airline in Lithuania," Adrian Kubicki said at a news conference.
According to the spokesman, LOT will launch the service from Palanga on Mar. 30 with three flights per week and plans to increase the number of flights to six during the summer season.
LOT currently flies from Vilnius to Warsaw 20 times a week.
