Nordecon to build warehouse complex for Estonian DefMin

The listed Estonian builder Nordecon AS and the Estonian Defense Ministry have signed a construction contract for the construction of the second stage of the Lintsi warehouse complex, reports LETA.

In the first phase of the second stage, 20 warehouses will be built with the client's option for another 12 warehouses.

 

The value of the contract for the first phase is nine million euros exclusive of VAT and inclusive of reserve. The works of the first phase will end in April 2017, Nordecon told the stock exchange.

 

Nordecon Group operates in Estonia, Ukraine and Finland. In addition to the parent company there are more than 10 subsidiaries in the group. The consolidated revenue of the group in 2014 was 161 million euros and net profit 2.3 million euros.

 

Nordecon Group employs approximately 700 people.
