Estonia's fisheries sector to get nearly 130 mln for investments

Print versionThe new European Commission's investment package will bring 129.6 million euros to the Estonian marine, fishing and agricultural industry, writes LETA/Postimees Online.

The amount will have to be spent by the year 2020, and 101 million euros of the amount will be provided by EU funds.
The investments' main focus is on reasonable and environment-friendly fishing and aquaculture, stated the European Commission.
