Ekspress Grupp founded a new subsidiary for the business of Zave

Print versionEstonian publishing and media concern AS Ekspress Grupp informed the Tallinn Stock Exchange that it founded a new subsidiary OÜ Zave Media to develop the online discount portal Zave starting from 27 July 2015, reports LETA.

Zave used to be a branch of news portal Delfi.
The CEO of OÜ Zave Media is Tiina Seeman who has previously worked for IT sections in Bang & Olufsen, TeliaSonera, Eesti Energia and EMT. She does not own any share of AS Ekspress Grupp.
