FBO RIGA presents a renewed brand

BC, Riga, 15.05.2015.Print version
FBO RIGA, a certified ground handling agent and the operator of a business aviation centre at the Riga International Airport (Latvia), has presented a renewed brand. The decision for rebranding was brought about among other things by the opening of FBO RIGA Business Aviation Centre at the Riga International Airport in summer 2015. It will be one of the most modern and largest business aviation centres in the European Union and the largest in the Baltics.

‘A brand is like a living being. It can grow, become stronger or vice versa get old. With the opening of the new and ultra-modern FBO RIGA Business Aviation Centre, we are rising to a completely new level of development and renewing our entire infrastructure. The changes also affect the brand, which must evolve along with the company and reflect the philosophy of the business and the quality of our services’, point out Roman Starkov and Leonid Gorodnitski, FBO RIGA owners.

At the core of FBO RIGA’s new brand philosophy lies the concept of a ‘centre’. It comprises the customer as the one who always takes a central place in the business of the company, Riga as a geographical centre of Europe, and FBO RIGA as one of the key business aviation centres in the region.

‘Rebranding made us reconsider all the underlying values of our brand. FBO RIGA stands out with its customer-oriented and flexible approach. First, we assume the possible needs of our clients and offer a customised service package. Moreover, our commitment to achieve perfection in every detail enables us to provide services of the highest quality’, emphasize Roman Starkov and Leonid Gorodnitski.

Rebranding concerned both the changes in the company’s brand positioning and the brand’s visual identity. The new company logo – a closed line resembling the infinity sign, will give everyone something to think about: a flight path with the landing point in the centre; caring hands surrounding the customer and his aircraft; wings; a full service package, or perhaps something else. Clean and smooth lines create a feeling of safety, well-being, and calm, emphasize the unique value of FBO RIGA’s services and symbolise the fact that the customer and his plane are in safe hands.

An elegant, relaxed, and cosy environment is created by the new tones of FBO RIGA’s corporate style: rich chestnut brown, gold, and silver-grey. The tones chime in well with the interior of the new business aviation terminal executed in the classic contemporary style, forming a unified and powerful composition and elegantly complementing each other.

The changes in the FBO RIGA corporate style will affect all visual objects, including printed matter, employee uniforms, interior finishing, and the company website. The new logo of FBO RIGA was developed by one of the best artists of Riga well known for his refined taste.

‘By investing into the corporate rebranding we see great prospects for the development of FBO RIGA and have strong results in our sights. The new brand clearly reflects our vision of the business. We hope that our customers will duly appreciate the capabilities of FBO RIGA’s new business aviation centre as well as our customized approach to every order and the quality of our services’, say Roman Starkov and Leonid Gorodnitski.

FBO RIGA is a subsidiary company of Flight Consulting Group that provides comprehensive solutions for business aviation.
